Maenam Viewpoint - Wat Lamai - Magic Garden 3-4 hours
Maenam Viewpoint - Wat Lamai - Magic Garden Trek is a rather strenuous trek of nearly 10 km
We will start hiking at the Maenam Mountain Top viewpoint about 420 meter above sea level. From there we will follow the Mountain rim leading through the middle of Koh Samui island.
The dirt road leads up and down going through constantly changing landscapes, both forests and plantations, offering stunning views over the north and north / east corner of Samui before bending towards the south east.
From the Wat Lamai we continue our hike towards the south on a trail that again is going up and down while going through dense jungle, a variety of plantations and ongoing changing landscapes. Still offering stunning views.
Depending on the season, the widlife, flowers and fruit will vary.
The last part of our hike is on a paved road leading us to the Magic Garden where we can have a drink while waiting for our pick up to arrive.
We advise to wear shoes for this hike to prevent any injuries.
This walking tour will take 3 up to 4 hours.
